My name is Ilana. I'm a psychotherapist and I understand these complex struggles.

As a psychotherapist, I am not interested in labelling or diagnosing.
I work with you personally to identify and explore issues and struggles that you face.
I use my attuned attention to make contact with your conscious and unconscious processes to uncover and unfold the source of your discomfort.
When working with you, I employ a deeply relational approach to meet and connect with your whole self to support your unique and individual needs and values.
This may involve:
o Conversations between us
o Conversations with the critical voice in your head
o Role plays, somatic experience
o Exploring dreams, relationships, your wider field
o Mindfulness, meditative techniques, inner compassion work

I’m Ilana. I am a curious, independent seeker of knowledge, wisdom and life experience. I am constantly taking steps to expand my relationship with myself and have spent years delving within, growing and deepening my understanding, love and acceptance of self and others.
As a PACFA accredited psychotherapist, I am determined to share my knowledge, to travel alongside people wanting to work on creating a more peaceful, joyful and fulfilling life.

What I Offer
In one on one psychotherapy sessions I create a warm, open and non-judgmental space where you can feel free to explore whatever is on your mind.
A therapeutic group for improving relationships, where participants will be led to connect with themselves, others and find a sense of belonging and acceptance in the way they relate inwardly and with people in the world.
